Katy Kothmann Abraham
President
Construction Cost Management has been around Katy her entire life. Before purchasing CCM in 2012, Katy worked in sales and marketing. This experience has helped her lead CCM on a trajectory of continued growth and become one of the largest cost estimating companies in the US. When she’s not leading CCM, Katy can be found doting on CCM’s CSO (Chief Snuggles Officer) Sunny Mae and enjoying going off-the-grid in the great outdoors.
Keith Kothmann, CPE,CCI,CCC
Vice President
Keith founded Construction Cost Management in 1979. He has a deep, multi-disciplinary background in construction, estimating, and experience as a general contractor that has helped create CCM’s sterling reputation for accuracy, prompt delivery, and reliability. In 2012, Keith sold CCM to daughter Katy and transitioned into the Vice President role. Outside of CCM, Keith is an active driver in his church and leads multiple non-profit, charitable efforts.
VICKI ELDREDGE
Director of Accounting / Human Resources
Vicki joined the CCM team in 2013 and has played a significant role in its continued growth. Vicki also started a Toastmasters program within CCM to help employees improve their presentation skills while sharing their outside-work passions with co-workers. She also loves pets, and if she could, she would be a professional dog snuggler!
Cyrus Irani
Senior Estimator
A senior estimator with CCM, Cyrus joined CCM in 2015. Cyrus helps lead CCM’s estimating team in estimating construction projects, providing oversight to ensure peak accuracy in CCM’s estimates, and enjoys mentoring CCM’s junior estimators. His favorite CCM project was the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in Bethesda. He learned a lot from the complex medical gas, laboratory waste, and multiple HVAC systems involved in the project. When Cyrus isn’t busy with estimating projects, he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and keeping up with the latest news from around the world.
