In 1979, Keith Kothmann started Construction Cost Management Co. in Fort Worth, Texas. Keith saw the need for a construction cost estimating company that was reliable and could deliver a timely service as well. His multi-discipline experience and expertise in the construction industry established the firm’s reputation for legendary accuracy and prompt delivery. Since then, the firm has provided estimating and construction consulting to a broad base of professional Architectural and Engineering firms.
In 2012, CCM became a family legacy as Keith’s daughter, Katy Kothmann Abraham, took over the business with Keith transitioning to Vice President. Katy’s strong background in sales and marketing has allowed CCM to grow into one of the biggest cost estimating companies in America.
